The Computational Biology Research Initiative aims to promote and facilitate computational biology research and researchers across the University of Melbourne research community. In consultation with the University of Melbourne research community, the Computational Biology Research Initiative has adopted a number of research themes as focus areas for activity.

We aim to understand the scope of work underway across campus and to get a better idea of how to support it. The Initiative seeks to change the barriers to full participation put in place by society.
